During one of Jyoshna Manohar's visits to the homes in her village, she met Begari Narasimhulu and discovered he was suffering from severe pain in his right leg. Upon examination, she found that his leg was very swollen. She took him to the hospital, where scans revealed a blood clot, and they said he needed immediate surgery.
He was admitted to the hospital, and after two days, he underwent the procedure. He stayed in the hospital for five more days before being discharged. Over the next ten days, Jyoshna visited him daily to care for his leg and change the dressings. After that, she when back with him to the doctor for a follow-up.
